THNQ Solutions was founded in 2018 by Michael Ruggiero in response to business owners frustrations with their commercial banking relationships. Over the last two decades, Michael has witnessed how the continued changes in the banking industry have affected business owners’ perceptions, adding to the confusion behind what banks expect from their clients and how they arrive at their risk management decisions.
Michael is committed to bridging the knowledge gap between business owners and banks by improving communication and leveling the playing field. It is through his consultative and relationship-driven approach to business management that THNQ Solutions’ L.E.A.P Philosophy is rooted.
As a dedicated management consulting professional with over 30 years’ experience in bank financing, strategic planning, cash flow & balance sheet analysis, mergers & acquisition, construction & development and organizational team building, Michael can provide the guidance & knowledge owners can rely upon.
Michael is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and US Army Reserve. He holds a B.A. in Pre-Law & Business Administration from Northeastern Illinois University as well as degrees in Security Administration & Paralegal Studies. He is a graduate of the North Carolina Bankers Association School of Banking at UNC Chapel Hill and is an active member in the American Bankers Association (ABA), Risk Management Association (RMA) and North Carolina Bankers Association (NCBA).
